Our wine bar and its 25 seats will be ready to welcome wine, art and garden enthusiasts.
The offer is intentionaly locavore: Kintoa ham from Les Aldules, homemade foie gras, sheep's cheese from the Basque country mountain pastures, salads and desserts. An easy initiative regarding our wine offer: Château Chasse-Spleen, Blanc de Chasse Spleen, Château Gressier Grand Poujeaux.
Opening time: From May 1st to September 30th. In October, by booking. From Wednesday to Sunday and on public holidays, 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM. In the evening, only by booking (minimum 10 people).

VISITS
The Château Chasse-Spleen, its history, its vineyards, its cellar, and its thematic gardens,are constituents of the Medoc wine héritage. A winery displaying contemporary art and discovery of the cru with literary and poetic accents.
